Can ASSIST support me with a case I have going through family/civil court for child contact?

Unfortunately, ASSIST cannot support you with this.  If you haven't already done so, you should speak to a solicitor right away.  The Law Society Scotland can help you to find a solicitor in your area that can help.

Scottish Child Law Centre can provide information and advice on the law affecting children and young people.

I experienced domestic abuse in the past, am I too late to report this to the police or get support?

No.  There is no time limit on reporting domestic abuse.  If you are thinking about reporting domestic abuse that happened in the past, you should call 101 or contact your local Police station.  Police Scotland has specialist domestic abuse officers, who can talk you through the process and what to expect.  If you decide to report and a case goes to court, ASSIST can support you with this.
